Holly and I own a small company where we create board games. It's called Art Over Everything Games. 

One of our upcoming projects is called The Property Ladder. The Property Ladder is a real estate themed game where players start off in a basement apartment and must navigate their way up the property ladder until they reach their dream home while accumulating enough capital to purchase it. Throughout their journey players must endure and overcome the normal pitfalls of life such as bills, taxes, car repairs, etc. 

As a player moves up the property ladder there are opportunities for them to upgrade their living situation by selling and purchasing homes. Before each of these opportunities there are squares that in the public game are blank but in a customized version of the game can be made to read  "Are you thinking of selling and buying? Contact (your name here)". There are 4 locations like this on the board that could be customized. Also, on the bottom of the board there is a large space that reads: The Property Ladder is brought to you by (your name and contact information here).  

We think The property Ladder would make a unique closing gift or seasonal gift for your clients. It would help cement your name in your clients' minds (or their friends and family who might play the game) regarding who they should call for property related matters in the future even when you might not be in contact with them for a number of years. 

Currently we are in the rough prototype and game play testing stage with The Property Ladder. Once this stage has been completed, and we have a market-ready version of The Property Ladder, we would love to demo the game for you should you have interest.
