POSTMEN INSTALLATIONS

Invoice Policy for agents:


  • Postmen Installations invoices for service are not sent out until the last day of each month with invoices being Due Upon Receipt.
  • Rural service is invoiced separately and due upon installtion completion. 
  • An "invoice reminder" will be sent after 2 weeks, as we understand sometimes things fall through the cracks. 
  • If an invoice is overdue by more than 30 days, unfortunately installation service will not be available until the invoice has been paid. 
  • Continual months where the need for "invoice reminders" to be sent will unfortunately result in installation service being offered only by prepayment. 
  • Continual months with invoices being overdue by more than 30 days will unfortunately result in service no longer being offered, even by prepayment.


​We are sorry that we need to implement this invoice policy. We realize that there are other service options, and should our policy not fit with your business model, we understand and accept, that you may need to change your service provider.

TERMS:


•        All service requests must be made through our website service request form

system. We cannot complete and will not acknowledge any service request sent by email or text.

•        All installations are done within 24 working hours of receipt depending on weather and ground conditions.

•        All rural signpost installations are done on weekends and must be pre-booked. They can be done earlier depending upon availability.

•       
All rider installations not requested at time of signpost installation are done within 72 working hours. Postmen Installations will only supply SOLD Riders, all other riders are the respondsibility of the agent provide to Postmen Installations prior to installation. 


•        There is no rural rider service offered except at the time of the installation of the signpost. They are the agent’s responsibility.

•        All removals are done within 48 working hours either before or after the requested date.

•        All rural removals are done on weekends and must be pre-booked. They can be done earlier depending upon availability.

•        There is no charge for repairs with the following exceptions:  rural repairs, signposts that have been installed for over 1 year, multiple repair requests for the same location due to condition of the ground or lack of depth of ground (we must be able to install a spike 1 foot into the ground), and signs that become detached due to the grommets failing and vandalism.

•        Repairs are done within 72 hours of request depending on weather and ground conditions.

•        It is the responsibility of an agent to have their SOLD rider labeled with their name/company name in order for us to be able to return them to their proper owner.

•        Postmen Installations reserves the right in extreme situations to not install a signpost on a property unable to support a signpost (in our professional opinion).

•        Spring repairs:  When the yearly spring thaw happens leading to a situation of multiple repairs due to changing ground conditions, Postmen Installations will facilitate repairs based on availability and ground conditions.


​Working hours are Monday to Friday 7AM until 4PM and Saturdays 7AM until 2PM.
